Griffin Land and Cattle was established by the Spencer Griffin family in the early 1990’s. We pride ourselves in being a family ran operation. We have always had the vision and goal of developing superior traits in carcass, ribeye, marbling and fat to bring a top-quality product to the consumer. This has proved reality as a very high percentage of our cattle yield prime ratings on the rail. 2022 has brought us to finishing construction of our very own processing plant, Blue Creek Marbled Meat Company. This will enable our family and team to bring our dream full circle directly back to our consumers.
