Book your Reservation

Fill out a form below or give us a call to book your reservation. It is important that you book your processing date well in advance because we tend to fill our dates quickly!

step two

Drop off your Cattle and fill out the Cut Sheet

Drop off your Cattle the day before slaughter dry lotted between the time 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. All Cattle need to be brand inspected. 

step three

Pick up your Products!

All beef will be dry aged for 14 days unless instructed otherwise. You will receive a call, and an invoice sent to your email. You will have 5 business days to pick up your beef products. For each day outside of this window you will be charged $5 per box for a storage fee.
